Plumber

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the plumbing industry while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will be involved in various plumbing tasks, learning essential skills that will prepare you for a successful career in plumbing. Duties • Assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts and requirements. • Help with pipe threading, assembling pipes, and connecting fixtures according to specifications. • Participate in construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols. • Learn to operate tools and equipment used in plumbing tasks, including welding equipment when necessary. • Collaborate with HVAC technicians as needed for integrated systems. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites. • Support field service operations by responding to service calls and assisting with repairs. Qualifications • OSHA 10 certification • Basic knowledge of plumbing concepts, tools, and techniques is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation is a plus. • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. • Willingness to learn new skills related to plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, and other relevant trades. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. • A valid driver's license may be required based on job site locations.
