JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, serves as the district’s master plumber, governed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners laws, city inspection officials, and ordinance codes. Oversees all licensing requirements for personnel, meeting code requirements, obtaining permits and inspections, consultation, coordination with contractors and other tasks related to service and installation. Serves as the top level master contributor. Provides technical direction to supervisors and staff.
