Responsibilities • Assist plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. • Help with pipe threading and assembly of various plumbing components. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications. • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized job site. • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion. • Perform basic math calculations for measuring and cutting materials. Skills • Basic knowledge of plumbing practices and techniques is preferred. • Mechanical knowledge to understand how plumbing systems function. • Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in construction and plumbing. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. • Experience as a maintenance person or carpenter is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills for effective teamwork on construction sites.
