Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be able to perform installations in residential new construction settings. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties • Rough-in, Top-Out and Trim for residential new construction. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Perform construction plumbing tasks including building new systems or modifying existing ones. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. • Collaborate with HVAC professionals when necessary for integrated system installations. • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during all work performed. • Lift heavy materials and equipment as needed during installations or repairs. Experience • Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred. • Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques and practices is advantageous. • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. • Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods is essential.
