Job Responsibilities: As aPlumbing Service Mechanic, you will be responsible for traveling to multiple job sites throughout the day to perform a variety of plumbing and heating services, including but not limited to: Heating Systems: • Boiler installation • Boiler startup – wiring, running connections, and testing systems • General heating system work – radiators, radiant heating, etc. Plumbing & Pipe Work: • Jobbing and service repairs • Cooper piping installations • Fixture installations and repairs • No Hub pipe installations • Sprinkler work Gas Work: • Gas piping installation and repairs • Ensuring compliance with NYC gas codes and safety regulations What We Offer: Competitive salary– based on experience Great hours & overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Supportive & professional work environment Requirements: Experience with residential service work and Jobbing Valid driver’s license & ability to travel to job sites in NYC Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Knowledge of NYC plumbing codes & regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
