Plumber Technician/Service

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing, construction, and related fields. This role involves working on various projects, including residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations. • Provide maintenance services as needed for minor repairs or remodeling tasks. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform tasks effectively. • Commercial Construction Knowledge • Drain Cleanings • Hydro Jetting • Sewer Line Repair / Installation • Re-pipes • Water Heater Repair and Installation • Perform heavy lifting as required to transport materials and equipment on construction sites. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction/residential plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. • Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. • Must be available to work weekends, if needed (On a Rotating Schedule) • Present a clean cut and professional image. • Work with a sense of urgency. • Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and co-workers. • Must possess a valid California driver's license. Must have a good driving record. • Must be able to get TWIC Card from Long Beach Port. • Preferred, graduation from high school or recognized trade school, or completion of equivalent training and experience.
