Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing schematics, blueprint reading, and the ability to work with various hand and power tools. The Plumber will ensure that all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Assemble and install valves, fittings, and fixtures.
• Perform pipe threading as necessary for installation or repair projects.
• Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential or commercial properties.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations during all work performed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction plumbing field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and blueprint reading.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship while adhering to deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Valid plumbing license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per week
