Plumbing Apprentice

Responsibilities: - Assist journeyman/journeywoman plumbers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems - Learn and apply construction plumbing techniques to assemble and plumb pipes - Perform pipe threading and cutting using appropriate tools - Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and fit pipes accurately - Assist with welding tasks under the guidance of experienced plumbers - Support general maintenance person duties as needed - Operate power tools safely and effectively - Interpret and follow schematics and blueprints - Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on construction projects Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a related field is a plus - Strong interest in pursuing a career as a plumber - Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly - Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and teamwork abilities Note: This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate.
