Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager Employee-first environment • Team-focused workplace Role Summary: You'll prepare detailed estimates and work closely with Superintendents and Foremen on successful project delivery and management. Requirements: • Plumbing industry experience required (estimating experience preferred, not required). • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and scopes. • Strong communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct plumbing estimates (material/labor take-offs, equipment, subcontractor pricing). • Perform on-screen computer-generated take-offs (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift). • Review equipment selections; ensure accurate site surveys for design-build projects. • Attend pre-bid meetings, job walks, and site visits. • Coordinate effectively with Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Initiate and manage new projects with architects, engineers, and general contractors. • Develop and maintain strong client and vendor relationships. • Prepare clear, professional, and competitive proposals. • Contribute to continuous company-wide process improvements.
