Position Overview: We are hiring aPlumbing Field Operations Managerto lead daily field operations for the Banes & Daughters division. This role is ideal for a highly organized, technically strong, and dependable leader with experience in both service and construction plumbing. You’ll manage technicians, coordinate materials and scheduling, and serve as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day dispatch, scheduling, and technician deployment for both residential and commercial work. • Manage material ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships. • Coordinate on-call schedules and ensure 24/7 service readiness. • Provide technical oversight and support to field crews on service calls and construction projects. • UseServiceTitanfor scheduling, dispatch, job tracking, and workflow management. • Serve as the field contact for property managers, building supervisors, homeowners, and contractors. • Conduct site visits, quality control checks, and technician coaching. • Lead, train, and develop plumbing technicians to maintain quality and professionalism in the field. • Uphold company standards for customer service, communication, and jobsite cleanliness. Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in plumbing, including service and new construction. • Proficiency withServiceTitanor equivalent field management software. • Experience supervising teams and managing field operations. • Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, property managers, and internal staff. • Strong organizational, scheduling, and follow-through skills. • Technical proficiency across residential and commercial plumbing systems. • Committed to long-term growth, team leadership, and operational excellence. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
