Plumbing Foreman

Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. • Oversee and manage a team of workers, including subcontractors and laborers. • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. • Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accuracy and feasibility. • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site. • Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials used, and labor hours Experience • Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. • Proficiency in using construction management software such as Prolog, HeavyBid, ProCore, or similar tools. • Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents. • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Experience in budgeting and cost control Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
