Plumbing Multifamily Supervisor

Sonny's Plumbing looking to hire a Plumbing Supervisor to oversee the apartment project called The Standard at Old Town . This project is estimated to take 24 months. We need someone with: -Journeyman License or Masters -Own Vehicle -Experience with multifamily apartment projects such as podium, wrap, garden, precast concrete Will need to be someone who can communicate with our sub-tier installer, order and track materials, communicate with the GC and knowledgeable with email and Procore websites. This is a long term position and not just for 1 project. We are a growing company and plan to have projects for years to come. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Experience: • Apartment Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Journeyman Plumber (Preferred) Work Location: In person
