What We Offer: • $75K–$150K+ per year (Uncapped performance-based earnings) • Company vehicle & fuel card • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Weekly paid training & ongoing support • Year-round work with consistent service calls • Career growth opportunities within our expanding team What You’ll Do: • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems (water heaters, drains, fixtures, and more) • Provide emergency plumbing services with urgency and professionalism • Educate homeowners on preventative maintenance programs to prevent future issues • Deliver top-tier customer service with honesty and integrity • Accurately document services performed and communicate recommendations to customers What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of residential plumbing experience (service & repair ONLY – no construction) • Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred but not required • Backflow certification a plus • Experience with tankless water heaters a plus • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record • Strong communication & problem-solving skills Ready to Take Your Career to the Next Level?
