Plumbing Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Service Technician. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in diagnosing, repairing, and installing various plumbing systems and components. This role requires a professional who can deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of workmanship. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and water treatment systems. - Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with plumbing codes and regulations. - Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions. - Respond to emergency service calls and perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs. - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time, materials used, and job completion status. - Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations. - Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently and effectively. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment. - Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and staying current with industry trends and technologies. Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Technician preferred - Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. - Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment. - Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with advanced plumbing systems and technologies. - Additional certifications or training in specialized plumbing areas. - Familiarity with HVAC/mechanical systems and related plumbing components.
