Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (repiping, drainage work, copper work and following protocol for paperwork) • Construction plumbing knowledge is a plus • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions. • Perform inspections and testing to ensure compliance with local plumbing codes. • Communicate with dispatch and office staff to manage daily schedule. • Provide excellent customer service, explain work performed, and answer client questions. • Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle in good condition. • Follow all safety protocols and company policies. • After Hours/On Call required on a rotating scheduled. • Computer skills to be able to use required software. Qualifications • Minimum 3 Years of plumbing experience required . • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and tools. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (indoors, outdoors, crawl spaces). • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
