Plumbing Technician

```Duties``` - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential buildings - Collaborate with contractors and homeowners to determine plumbing needs - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure accurate installation - Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend repairs or replacements - Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions - Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters - Repair or replace damaged pipes, valves, or fittings - Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning ```Experience``` - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and building codes - Experience with remodeling projects is a plus - Ability to operate tools and equipment used in plumbing installations and repairs - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
