Purpose

As a Portfolio Process and Application Manager in the Portfolio Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvements / Program Governance, maintaining and optimizing the use of our Product Management tool called Aha!, and support with reporting and execution of processes such as EOL (End of Life) and Product Launch projects.

You will have a proactive attitude to improve the processes and tools within Portfolio Management. It is important that you understand the challenges, motivations, and methods of working of different teams and support them in using the processes and tools. It is important that the processes, deliverables, templates, instructions, and tools are continuously improved and fit for purpose.

Principal Accountabilities

Support Project Managers from Portfolio Operations in executing End Of Life and Product Launch projects

• Maintain & optimize Aha! for the following uses

o Hierarchy management

o Liaison R&D & Interface/Integration Azure DevOps

o Reports

o User Process Management and Training

From process in SharePoint/Engage/Miro into Aha!

o User Process Training

o Aha! Tracker Business Cases, and other deliverables

o Ideas Portal Management

o Admin Aha!

o Run/manage weekly Aha! Captains meeting

• Support Continuous Improvement / Program Governance actions (collect and process feedback, check and update)

o Software Tools: Engage Process Modeler/Miro, SharePoint, Wrike

o Templates & Instructions: Portfolio strategy documents

o SharePoint sites and Teams Channels

o OneSpace sites

• Support and run Reporting (run process, distribute reports)

o Financial: Program Register, YTD Preliminary Results

o Aha! Leadership reports

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of professional work experience.

• Software agnostic / Tool Management skills to support the tools we use: (Tools can be trained)

o Aha!

o Engage Process Modeler

o SharePoint

o OneSpace

o Wrike

• Ability to work seamlessly in a lean, entrepreneurial, global, rapidly growing and highly matrixed environment.

• Competence of supporting change by working with conventional thinking and influencing a broad cross-section of stakeholders.

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and gravitas. Working in a close-knit team, must be naturally collaborative and diplomatic with strong networking and influencing skills.

• Self-starter with a sense of urgency. You have the integrity, resilience, and resourcefulness to make change happen.

• Direct and transparent but tactful approach to communication.

• Results oriented that is balanced between both long-term objectives and short-run performance.

• Balanced skillset of having both business acumen and some technical background.

Salary Range:

$82,900.00 - $176,500.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
