PMO Analyst

Operations Analyst

Hive Group is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our existing team providing human capital support to a federal agency in Washington, DC. This entry level position will work closely with the human capital program office in the area of administrative personnel support with an emphasis on recruiting support. Hive Group is seeking individuals that are energetic and forward thinking, with excellent communication, organization, and spreadsheet skills.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain employee and candidate records
• Utilize Google Workspace to track candidates and referrals
• Coordinate with the client and candidates to schedule interviews
• Assist in day to day people operations such as federal employee relocation, security clearances, timekeeping, travel authorizations and vouchers, and other administrative support
• Review and analyze relocation and reconciliation documents to ensure accuracy
• Provide general support to the client including, but not limited to, analysis, data calls, risk management, and project management-related tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0 – 2 years of operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive).
• Clearable (able to pass both a criminal background check and credit check).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Strong ability to manage time and organize priorities within deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience with federal recruiting and/or scheduling
