As part of a global expansion strategy, the company has set up a key Sofia technology team of Software Architects, Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Support Specialists. To support this strategy we are currently looking for talented people for the role of:
PMO Assistant
Job Description:
We need you because the Merkle Delivery Operations (DO) team is expanding to provide support to new Merkle entities. We need to take over, define, standardize and optimize their existing processes.
The mission of our team is to enable growth and client focus by centralizing and optimizing operational activities.
Your main goal in this position is to make easier the life of Program/Project Managers, Management and C-level layers. You will be supporting them with DO processes related to revenue recognition, time tracking, invoicing, resource allocation, generating, and presenting key business metrics. You will own the execution of some of the processes on a weekly basis ā prepare the input and facilitate meetings.
You are expected to be part of the transformation of the DO processes to new systems and ways of working. You will know you are successful when the key company stakeholders want to be best friends with you.
Qualifications:

Ability to work in an undefined environment and achieve business goals;

Willingness to participate in business process transformations;
-
Ability to interact on a professional level with a range of client POCs, company C-level, including sr. stakeholders and facilitate meetings involving them
-
Strong mathematical and excel skills;
-
Knowledgeable in financial terms and principles;
-
Experience with contractual frameworks - MSA, SOW, Change Request, Purchase orders;
-
Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills;

Excellent verbal and written English;
