PMO Consultant

• Monitor and review project performance to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing project management processes.
• Develop and standardize best practices for project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee resource allocation and utilization across projects.
• Ensure that project teams are appropriately staffed and supported.
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure stakeholder needs and expectations are understood and managed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in project management or PMO role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Relevant Cretifications like PMP, ITIL are preferred.
