About the role:

We are looking for a “Bridge Builder” to establish a strong rapport with the executive team while acting as project manager for the office of the CEO. Courage and bold, this person will be a strategic thinker in charge of tracking goals, projects, and tasks on behalf of the CEO.. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, the ideal candidate will ensure timely and smooth execution of any processes falling into the scope of the CEO’s office.

PMO to the CEO — What You’ll Do

• Project Management of CEO's goals, projects & tasks: Working with the Chief of Staff to track (and execute, where relevant) goal milestones, ensuring everything is moving forward and on-time, and raising red flags when not
• Meeting Readiness & Follow Up: Preparing all necessary materials & information for the CEO prior to his meetings. Can include strategic decks, talking points, participant info and more. Taking ownership of all post-meeting Action Items to ensure execution
• CEO Team Processes: Ensure execution of all CEO Team processes & workflows. Includes management and improvement of the core Notion “OS” system in use today
• Communications: Assist in drafting CEO’s internal & external communications
• Communication with Leadership: Working, under the direction of the Chief of Staff and CEO, with company leaders to ensure the on-time execution of projects & tasks relating to the CEO

• Exceptional project manager: Successfully plans and executes short, and long-term projects; track record of designing and implementing functional and efficient systems and processes that deliver excellent results
• Accountable: Understands the role and takes accountability for responsibilities, deadlines and commitments. Holds others accountable when necessary
• Fast: Think, understand and execute very quickly. Does not need to be told twice.
• Resilient: Thrives in a high-pressure environment
• Attentive to Detail: obsessive attention to detail and quality
• Proactive communicator: Anticipate and effectively communicate with others to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills: Juggle short-term and long-term tasks and responsibilities in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker: Elevate beyond the day-to-day. Consulting or similar background preferred
• Storyteller: Productively communicate to all types of internal & external stakeholders. Extremely strong writing and editing skills.
