Join an interdisciplinary team of spine surgeons, pain management specialists, neurologists, and physical therapists in a collaborative environment to focus on chronic pain and help patients with independent self-management techniques.

Opportunity:
- Guaranteed base salary of $500,000 with bonus earning potential
- 4.5 days per week with no evenings or weekends required
