As a vital member of our company, you'll optimize the process of collecting and documenting purchase orders to seamlessly align with sales orders and directly contribute to the cash inflow of the company. Your responsibilities will include review, analysis, and resolution of any discrepancies between purchase orders and sales orders. You'll manage incoming purchase orders, ensuring accurate recording in our ERP system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and record Purchase Orders efficiently.
- Analyze, research, and resolve discrepancies in Sales Orders and/or Purchase Orders, working cross-functionally.
- Obtain necessary information from relevant departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of records before applying purchase orders.
- Communicate effectively with Sales Representatives and Customers to gather and resolve purchase orders.
- Generate open PO reports from the ERP system and distribute them as required on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Provide timely and accurate information in response to customer requests.
- Maintain below-average aging of open PO reports.
- Reconcile Orders and Purchase Orders to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Communicate effectively with hospital buyers to resolve open cases.
- Attend product training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge.
- Liaise with internal departments and external customers as needed.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance, including adherence to department schedules during month-end and quarter-end.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Preferred experience in Accounts Receivable procedures
- Familiarity with Basic Accounting Principles
- Demonstrated strong research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and experience in reconciliation
- Proficient in high-level data entry with a focus on accuracy
- Experience in the medical device industry a plus
- Proven drive and curiosity in approaching tasks
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and accountability
- Proficient in reporting and Excel skills
- Solid mathematical aptitude
- Superior organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Availability during month-end and quarter-end close
Education and Experience
- Minimum High School or GED
- 2-3 years of experience in data entry and accounts receivable, preferably in the medical device and/or spine industry
For roles based in the United States that require access to hospital facilities, must be eligible for and maintain credentials at all required hospitals, including meeting any applicable physical requirements or vaccination requirements (including the COVID-19 vaccine, as applicable).

Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $20 to $28 Full-Time/Hourly Range
