P&O (HR) Effectiveness
Job Description
What are we looking for?
- 2-3 years of P&O (HR) experience
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field
- Ability to travel within the US 30-40% of the time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective in building relationship at all levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail
- Strong consulting skills and ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome
- Ability to effectively manage and work within ambiguity and prioritize on business needs and resources
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Train and guide Line Managers and Associates around data entry into systems such as Workday to ensure data integrity enabling the efficiency of systems and reporting, etc.
- Produce reports to monitor data accuracy. Coordinate with regional P&O team to confirm accuracy and provide context around data insights.
- Be the connection point for the site for any escalations or mass updates with MyP&O.
- Coordinate onboarding activities.
- Execute projects to support the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the site.
- Drive quality and efficiency across the P&O operating model by collaborating to leverage and deploy global programs and processes and ensuring they deliver against Royal Canin's needs. Drive the continuous improvement of the model and Associate experience.
- Role model the Five Principles every day; creating a culture of ethics and compliance and anchored in Great Line Management.
