About the opportunity

Northspyre is looking for an experienced and engaging Commercial Real Estate Podcast Host to lead our industry-focused podcast. The ideal person will have a strong background in commercial real estate, be well-versed in current market trends, and possess the ability to conduct in-depth, long-form interviews with industry leaders and experts. 

The Podcast Host will play a crucial role in creating thought-provoking content, fostering insightful conversations, and providing valuable information to our growing audience of commercial real estate professionals.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Host and produce engaging, informative, and entertaining episodes focused on the commercial real estate industry.
  • Conduct in-depth, long-form interviews with a variety of industry experts, leaders, and influencers.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with current market trends, news, and developments in the commercial real estate space.
  • Collaborate with the production team to plan and schedule episodes, develop show topics, and identify potential guests.
  • Actively participate in promoting the podcast across various platforms, including social media, to grow the audience and enhance listener engagement.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with guests, sponsors, and industry partners.

We are looking for people who have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of conducting long-form interviews, preferably in a podcast or similar format.
  • Strong understanding of current commercial real estate trends, market dynamics, and key players.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of guests and audiences.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to producing high-quality content
