This person will support our Point72 LaunchPoint teams with their process, build out of their team, coaching, and development of content.

A Career with Point72’s LaunchPoint Management Team

We partner with the managers of our Point72 LaunchPoint program to help to build, launch and scale their businesses. We partner with groups across L/S Equities and the Firm to deliver support, create systems, and improve processes for Point72 LaunchPoint managers and analyst teams. 

What you will do

We are looking for a motivated individual who will work with our small team and our emerging PMs to continue growing this program. You will have the opportunity to make this function your own and contribute based on your unique skills and experience. In this role, you will engage daily with Point72 LaunchPoint managers to understand their needs and manage a range of key efforts, including:

• Partnering with the PM to create an operating manual specific to their style and ensure they are building a repeatable process
• Coordinate with the Business Development team to identify, assess, and integrate ideal analyst hires
• Coach junior analysts as they transition to Point72 LaunchPoint teams
• Develop an internal talent pipeline using internal and external data to analyze high potential program candidates
• Engage with high potential internal program candidates with a focus on retention in order to build the pipeline of future Point72 LaunchPoint PMs
• Develop new content to support the program
• Work closely with Compliance on all aspects of the program

The annual base salary range is $300,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
