Summary
CIA Police Officers protect Agency personnel, facilities, and information through the enforcement of Federal laws and Agency Regulations, including making arrests and enforcing traffic laws.

Conditions of Employment
- You must be physically in the United States or one of its territories when you submit your resume via MyLINK.
- You must be registered for the Selective Service, if applicable.
- You must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years of age (dual-national US citizens are eligible).
- You must be willing to move to the Washington, DC area.
- You must successfully complete a thorough medical and psychological exam, a polygraph interview, and a comprehensive background investigation.

Qualifications
- Twenty-one (21) years of age at time of appointment
- No record of felony convictions or domestic violence
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Physically and psychologically fit
- Successful completion of the SPS/CIA Police Pre-Employment Physical Efficiency Battery (PEB)
- Review required Grooming Standards
- Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation
- Prior military, police. or security experience
Education
Minimum Education
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Criminal Justice or a related field will be accepted in lieu of extensive experience
