Overall Assignment Description:Position Overview:
Provide the J-PMO staff is expert advice and assistance with strategic planning, policy, and business analysis required to establish the J-PMO structure and create the J-PMO documentation.
Duties include:

• Establishment of J-PMO goals, objectives, and operational concepts.
• Coordinate with NGA, IC Partner(s), and Fort Belvoir on topics that will affect those stakeholders.
• Ensure J-PMO concepts are functionally coordinated with IC partners to ensure future operability.
• Timely and appropriate action tracking for NGA PMO

Skills and Experience:
The Contractor shall provide fully qualified personnel to satisfy the conditions of this SOW. The Government will not fund or reimburse the Contractor for maintaining qualifications. The Contracting Officer may approve special exceptions through advanced agreement between the Contractor and Government.
Required

• Position level requirements as set forth in Attachment J.3 of the base IDIQ. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 7-10 years GEOINT/IC experience.
• Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and proposing innovative solutions to technical issues.
• Customer Service experience in federal and or intelligence community.

 Desired

• Experience working in a program or project management office.
• Experience working with the IC.
• Experience working with NGA.

ADA Notations:

• Regular communication.
• Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
• Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
