Porter for Apartment Community.

San Diego Property Management company is seeking a porter/janitor at one of our mid-size apartment communities in San Diego. What you will bring to the team: • 2 years of experience performing routine janitorial/custodial/landscape duties, preferably in the multi-housing property management industry, • Must be detail-oriented and be able to manage a priority list, • Must have an eye for cleanliness, • Skilled and knowledgeable in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and cleaning equipment, • Able to meet all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation, • Able to read, write, and communicate in both English and Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Language: • Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute: • San Diego, CA 92110 (Required) Work Location: In person
