Overton Secuity Janitorial services provide a full line of cleaning services that will meet each of our clients' unique cleaning needs in a responsive and professional manner. We are currently looking for individuals with Commercial Janitorial Cleaning Experience for part-time 8 hour day shift position in the City of Santa Monica. Hard Requirements: • Local to the site. • No issues with transportation or distance. • Good Customer Service • Physically able to go up and down stairs (3 story facility) • Be able to carry and lift 40 lbs. Experience Level Required:Some Experience Pay Rate: 18.00 Type of Site:3 Story Office Building with Parking Lot General Duties: Maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and general order of the building including but not limited to: Cleaning, Dusting, Organizing, Vacuuming, Emptying Trash, Sanitizing Restrooms, Perform minor repairs and maintenance of equipment Restock and requesting supplies Exact schedule: Schedule (Morning) Monday- OFF Tuesday- OFF Wednesday- OFF Thursday- OFF Friday- OFF Saturday- 7 AM- 3 PM Sunday- OFF Weekly Hours- 8 Hours (30 min Paid Lunch) EOE PPO-15626 #OvertonS Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 per week Shift availability: • Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: • Santa Monica, CA 90405 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Santa Monica, CA 90405: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
