As a Portfolio Finance & Accounting Manager, your will partner with our growing network of healthcare operating companies (OpCos) that sit across a diverse range of business models and sub-sectors, and play a critical role in supporting their launch and growth through leading the setup of their accounting & finance infrastructure. You will also work closely with the OpCo management team to provide financial analysis, as well as budget and cash flow management recommendations. Additionally, you will be working closely with Redesign Health’s accounting team for consolidation and audit support related to the OpCos
What you will do
- Develop close relationship with a portfolio of OpCos and establish solid infrastructure foundation for growth while assisting the OpCo founding team with budgeting setup and variance reporting management
- Manage the outside accounting team and support delivery of monthly financial package
- Set up accounting & finance infrastructure including systems (enterprise accounting, AP, bank, Payroll/benefits), reporting, internal controls and other complianceÂ
- Work closely with outside firms, Redesign legal and tax team to support portfolio companies with other operational finance projects including but not limited to state and local registration, PC setup, sales tax, corporate tax, R&D, and annual filings
- Support yearly Redesign audit for the OpCos consolidating into the financials
What you will need
- You have 4+ years of full charge accounting experience in a fast growing start-up company or CPA firm
- You have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with demonstrated records of career growth
- You are a CPA
- You are fluent in GAAP accounting
What you will bring to the table
- Â You have Netsuite experience
- Â You have experience in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Â You have experience with budgeting & cash flow management
- Â You have proven audit and tax experience
- Â You have experience with building and implementing new systems and processes

Additional Information
Full-time base salary range of $126,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.
