The Portfolio Financial Resource Analyst is responsible for Financial Resource Planning within the Enterprise Payments Technology organization. This role collaborates with Leadership, Resource Managers, Finance and Human Resources to drive accurate management and reporting of resource hiring and forecasting to Portfolio funding.

Position Summary:
The Portfolio Financial Resource Analyst is responsible for Financial Resource Planning within the Enterprise Payments Technology organization. This role collaborates with Leadership, Resource Managers, Finance and Human Resources to drive accurate management and reporting of resource hiring and forecasting to Portfolio funding.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages all process routines to document resource planning and align costs accordingly to Program, Projects or Base funding.
- Manages the resource planning by working with resource managers to seek approval for open requisitions, ensure they align to forecasting hiring, and ensure management aligns to
- Manage Resource Planning communications within Enterprise Payments Portfolio leadership meetings.
- Works closely with leadership to ensure Resource Plans stay within our corporate forecasted plans.
- Assist Portfolio team with corporate forecasts by providing accurate reporting of new requisitions, new hires, attrition, and contract conversions.
- Work closely with resource allocations teams to ensure resource allocations are accurately reflected.
- Work with Finance and Human Resources to accurately plan and execute plans.
Required Skills:
- Strong relationship building and management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent team building skills.
- Experience with Bank of America finance / forecasting tools (PCM Web, PMMT).
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Desired Skills:
- Strong Excel skills using pivot tables and data analysis skills.
- Background in Staff Planning and Sourcing and Procurement experience.
- Prior Program and Financial experience a plus.
- Prior Bank of America experience required.
