Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and responding to ongoing investor and consultant requests
• Assist on responding to various DDQs and RFPs with respect to any performance or fund specific questions
• Assist Fund Managers in updating routine quarterly reporting schedules across funds
• Assist Fund Managers with Partner Letters (reporting)
• Assist Fund Managers with monitoring funds activities including maintaining schedules for asset class and geographic exposure
• Assist Fund Managers with Cash management
• Monitor and assist with managing quarterly valuation process with external servicer and internal asset management teams
• Assists VP & Director in preparation of benchmarking for all funds
• Assist in preparation various ad hoc analyses, research and return metrics for internal stakeholders, current and prospective investors
• Assists in maintaining monthly master data tape, which provided current and forecasted metrics for assets and funds
• Assist in implementation of new software programs to ensure integrity & consistency of fund & property data
• Assist in preparation and review of materials for prospective investors, annual meeting and LPAC
• Ability to assist on special projects as needed

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years working in a US based fund or supporting a Fund Manager or portfolio manager
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office suite
• US Visa (ability to come onsite for training)
