Job Description
We are currently seeking a Portuguese Sales Expert Support to join our client's dynamic team.
This exciting opportunity is based in Valencia, Spain, but can be performed remotely from anywhere within Spain.
As a Sales Expert Support, you will play a crucial role in sales follow-up, engaging in outbound and inbound calls to support our client's sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to the sales team by following up on leads and prospects.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our clients' products and services, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, answering their inquiries, and providing product information.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese is essential.
- Experience in a sales support role it customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to engage with customers over the phone, building rapport and establishing trust.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Resilience and ability to handle objections and rejection.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
