Extensive knowledge of retail POS development, eCommerce, compliances and processes such as payment processing with EMV, bank authorizations/settlements (ISO 8583), PCI Compliance, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) reconciliations, web technologies, web payment portals, web-shopping carts, and mobile application development for iOS/Android.

• In-depth knowledge of retail business intelligence, analytics, pricing, store operations, inventory management, POS, merchandizing and warehouse management (JDA).
• Experience in Business process engineering and Software development life cycle (Agile SCRUM, RUP & Waterfall).
• Experience in developing Project documentation such as BRD, FRD, RTM, Project and test plans.
• Capturing User Stories, wire frames, and preparing Acceptance Criteria under Agile SCRUM.
• Manage project scope, milestones, risks, and user acceptance tests with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong experience in prioritizing, implementing and managing product enhancements and defects for both client/server and Web-based applications.
• Defining Scope of the Project and User Requirements and convert User Requirements into Business Requirements and Technical Specification.
• Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD/JAR) sessions and interact with the stakeholders in order to elicit requirements and prioritize them thus acting as a liaison between the management, developers and QA.
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Data encryption (tokenization), Data Warehousing, Data Analytics and UML Modeling.
• Perform Data and workflow analysis with Use Case diagrams, Dataflow Diagrams, Collaboration Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Wireframing in Rational Rose and MS Viso.
• Provide traceability matrix across the project by linking business requirements, functional specifications and corresponding test cases.
• Generating SQL Queries using Joins (inner and outer) and sub-queries.
• Work with 3rd party vendors to configure solutions to meet the process needs of the Business Units.
