POS Support Manager

As a POS Support Manager, the individual is responsible for leading the POS Support team and striving to provide best-in-class support for Shift4’s SkyTab POS product line and Legacy POS systems. The position is responsible for maintaining and improving the POS Support team policy, procedures and infrastructure. The individual will be responsible for the growth and development of the POS Support team’s individual employees and the successful completion of department goals. This job description only constitutes a summary of the responsibilities. The expanding nature of the company often requires changing roles and additional responsibilities.Â
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Director of SkyTab Support, assess and improve the quality of support being provided to our POS Customers.
- In collaboration with other POS Support Managers and the Director, provide managerial support for the Expansion team.
- Coordinate with Shift4 Functional Trainers and L&D to train and develop POS Support staff.
- Maintain and provide reporting focused on employee performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate with upper management, other teams within the organization and third party vendors to maintain and improve POS team efficiency and POS Customer experience.
- Coordinate with HR regarding performance reviews, HR policy implementation and other actions.
- Escalation management, assigning and if necessary, direct ownership of a case. POS Escalations will often require additional follow up with senior and executive management as well as impacted sales partners and management.
- Assists with special projects as needed or requested.
- Ensuring POS Support team is up to date with current technology, policy, procedure, products and services through Announcement messages as well as staff meetings.
Requirements:
- Must be capable of multi-tasking and coordinating multiple projects.
- Must be able to operate independently to plan and execute complex programs and initiatives.
- Ability to remain calm during stressful situations and escalations.
- Thorough understanding of the various business environments, target markets and technology relative to POS products - a big plus.
- Ability to analyze large quantities of data and make informed judgments based on that analysis.
- Must be able to balance out of scope requests with attainable solutions for high profile accounts.
- 3+ Years Management Experience.
- Availability to work evening shift hours.

The salary range for this position is from 3600 EUR / gross. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.
