What you'll do at Cascade:
Serve the American Dream Through Attainable Home Ownership.
Hybrid - In office up to 3x per week in Chandler, AZ.
How you’ll do it:
- Finalizing title policy with endorsements. Post-Closing.
- Reviewing original recorded collateral package (DOT, Final Title Policy, and Modification Agreement.
- Scanning and Tagging documents to Doc trac.
- Creating cover letters for collateral package to submit to our document custodian.
- Reviewing and updating monthly reports from document custodian with all loan exceptions.
- Contacting title companies for outstanding documents/endorsement.
- Assisting with other duties as necessary.
What you’ll need to join Cascade:
- Ability to effectively solve problems with sound judgment as well as critical/analytical decision-making skills
- Ability to work within multiple systems/screens simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and be adaptable to changing work environment
- Multi-tasked, detailed, and organized orientation
- Professional and articulate verbal and written communication skills
- Sound customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
