• Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by department Supervisor.
• Responsible for working in a safe manner.
• Responsible for ensuring product specifications are attained.
• Performs job assignment in a cost conscious manner.
• Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.
• Responsible for being at workstation on time each workday.
• Participates in the Total Quality Management (TQM) process.
• Works as a team player with other department members.
• Communicates well with other department employees as well as support groups for the area.
• Ability to be flexible as to various job assignments and working conditions.
• Responsible for following GMP’s, SOP’s, plant rules and policies.
• Must be able to work in temperatures 80° to 90° F, as well as temperatures 35° to 45° F.
• Responsible for hourly checks of the machine parameters to ensure it is running correctly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Responsible for ensuring salometor and chlorine levels of the brine are accurate.
• Must have a firm understanding of the procedures that need to be followed if the line stops for any reason.
• Must be computer literate and able to navigate software.
• Must have the ability to produce error free operational documentation.
