Project Administrator:
GLS is a managed service provider founded in 1998. Our focus is on the development of optimized designs that drive security, performance, and savings through managed network solutions.
We deploy a diversified NOC and SOC with a multi-tier structure of support technicians. Our project management and engineering teams leverage our specialized toolset to deliver smooth network transitions and roll outs. Our operations teams are dedicated to customer satisfaction and work hard to customize our proven processes and tools to perfectly match each customer’s unique requirements.
This is your opportunity to join our team as a Project Management Team as a Project Administrator.
The Project Administrator is a member of the Operations and Project Management Team. They work closely with multiple Project Managers and other team members in various other departments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to project teams.
- Organize and track project documentation.
- Schedule meetings.
- Coordinate on-site arrangements.
- Work with multiple customers and projects simultaneously without micromanagement.
- Work collaboratively with the team to accomplish time sensitive tasks.
- Prepare data for reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and document management skills.
- Preferable prior experience as an administrator.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
