The Hawaii Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its Continuing Care Department at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center, a tertiary care center located 5 miles from downtown Honolulu.

Position Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• 5 years of recent experience preferred
• BC/BE or clinical experience in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred
