Summary

Primary function is to provide support to branches and to assist with questions and concerns regarding stop payments and deposit holds, check investigation, signature verification. Review items that are being reject and determine what action to take.

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and a working knowledge of PC's
• Data Input

Primary Activities

• Receive incoming telephone calls
• Assist with questions about stop payments, deposit holds and electronic transactions
• Filing and any other job-related duties as assigned
• Investigate the posting and returning of checks.
• Closed account
• Stop payment checks
• Invalid close outs
• Dormant accounts
• Reviews signature verifications on checks
• Process ATF and PATS forms
• Post fees

Bank Secrecy Act

• Maintain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing/PATRIOT Act and OFAC regulations
