Overview

The Developer will develop, modify, and maintain Power Platform applications, SharePoint server applications, portals, and SharePoint online environment. Design, develop, and manage site content and capabilities and provide daily maintenance support on tickets and assist in development of Power Platform Need to have Power Platform / SharePoint Online Development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; collaborate with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Assist in all aspects of development support ranging from - Site creation, IT Assistance requests, Permission requests, Power Platform /SharePoint online support, Integration requests, UI fix requests, Functionality updates, Site content updates, Training Requests and How to documentation.
• Implementation of Power Platform based workflows as well as development of Business Intelligence dashboards.
• Develop Flows and Forms to build list-based applications using Power Platform
• Assist in migrating SharePoint on-premises sites, features and data using Sharegate.
• Actively participate in software development tasks to support IT projects.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is related field is a must.
• 3-5+ years in Power Platform Development and Support, with 2+ years of experience in SharePoint Online
• Experience as a Power Platform Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications
• Experience developing and migrating SharePoint Designer workflows and InfoPath forms to Power Platform based solutions.
• Experience using HTML, CSS, jQuery, Client Object Model, PowerShell and Sharegate
• Experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET development
• Experience in Agile, GitHub and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Ability to write Stored Procedures and complex SQL queries and analyze the SQL data is desired.
