Job Description

As a Power BI Analyst at CLEAResult you will partner with our local delivery and Product and Technology teams to optimize the effectiveness of how we use Power BI. The position is on a broader Client Analytics team of 18 people that support over 100 clients around North America. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, collaborative, interpersonal, and adaptive skills are a must. This position will help advance our use of Power BI, including but not limited to, gathering requirements and developing Power BI repots, supporting Power BI office hours, and serving as a point of contact for PBI support requests.

• Market analysis. Analyze large data sets (including energy usage, geospatial data, past program participation, public and third-party data sets) to support the design, execution and monitoring of energy efficiency and demand response programs
• Data visualization. Synthesize analytics into actionable insights for marketing and client teams by developing Power BI dashboards with dynamic visualizations and mapping capabilities
• Campaign optimization. Support marketing teams in developing data pipelines and approaches to tracking customers across different systems
• Customer targeting. Support highly targeted marketing campaigns with customer segmentation, predictive models, and energy usage analysis
• Business development. Support business development opportunities by using established tools to provide client specific market intelligence and insights.
• Client engagement. Present research results, dashboards, and analytics to clients and internal teams
• Collaboration. Coordinate across teams (local program teams, IT, marketing) to connect data sets and develop insights
• Tracking and reporting. Develop and maintain dashboard reporting across programs and marketing campaigns

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant data analytics and business intelligence experience
• Independent worker who successfully collaborates with internal and client stakeholders
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong capabilities in project management
• Ability to guide internal team and cross-functional groups through complex problems
• Experience or familiarity with connecting to and manipulating data, and statistical and data presentation software packages such as Power BI, Tableau, and R.
• Energy industry experience a plus
