We are looking for an Oracle Apex and PL/SQL Developer to join our ALC India team!

You will

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain data models, including ETL processes, to ensure data integrity and performance in Power BI.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be translated into effective business solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient data processing.
• Integrate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services, to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Identify and resolve issues related to data accuracy, report functionality, and performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models to support knowledge sharing and training.
• Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of reporting solutions with business needs.

Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development, with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query. Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data presentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
