Power BI Developer/ Business Intelligence Analyst (TS Clearance)

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis visualization and business intelligence tools. This role involves working closely with Federal clients to gather analyze and present data to support strategic decision-making.

• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI with DAX & M
• Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate.
• Create and maintain custom applications using Power Apps
• Create and manage dashboards reports and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
• Perform data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy integrity and security across all BI platforms.
• Document BI processes methodologies and data models.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Active Top Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst Data Analyst Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI including DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience with Power Apps for custom application development.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables VLOOKUP and Power Query.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in both Microsoft Power BI (DAX &M) Power Apps (Canvas Apps) & PowerAutomate
• Microsoft Power App Maker Certification and/or Microsoft Data Analyst Associate Certification
• Experience with data modeling cleansing and transformation of large datasets
• Understanding and analyzing data to generate business insights and providing specific recommendations based on those findings to optimize business results
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
