Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team on-site in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5+ years of experience and will be responsible for developing and managing business intelligence solutions using Power BI. As a contractor or freelancer with your own visa, you will work closely with our team to deliver insightful and actionable data visualizations and reports. Proficiency in French is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop BI Solutions:
• Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Create data models, dashboards, and interactive reports that provide actionable insights.
• Data Integration:
• Integrate data from various sources to create comprehensive reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all BI solutions.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
• Optimization:
• Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Implement best practices for data visualization and user experience.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed documentation of all BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards.

• 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
• Strong and fluent communication skills in both French and English.
• Exposure to finance or accounting, with the ability to incorporate financial insights into data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven experience in developing and managing business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, DAX, and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preference for contractors and freelancers with their own visa.
