Power BI Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Power BI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis, visualization, and reporting. As a Power BI Specialist, you will play a vital role in facilitating data-driven decision-making and business improvement through effective data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Understand data requirements and design effective Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain data models: Perform data transformations and manage data pipelines.
• Create visually compelling and interactive reports: Facilitate data-driven decision-making through engaging and informative reports.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Provide technical support: Offer troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
• Stay current with Power BI features and best practices: Provide training and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience working with diverse datasets and data sources.
• Excellent data visualization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to support a Work from Home setup
• Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
• Internet speed no lower than 10 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
• Can work graveyard shifts.
