Power & Gas - Trading Support Analyst

Our firm is expanding in Denmark, with this newly created Trading Support role. The main function of this role is to support the day-to-day setup and maintenance of all Power, Gas, and GOO markets. This includes, but not limited to, the handling of nominations, capacity booking, trade registrations, and driving the automatization of all trade-support tools and tasks.

Your future role within QRT:

• Driving the automatization of trade-support tasks
• Creating, maintaining, and improving trade-support tools
• Nominating Power and Gas trades/flows
• Understanding and communicating scheduling rules
• Ensuring accurate handling of positions, trades, and flows
• Performing various ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders: Traders, Operations, Risk, IT, Quant Researchers

Your present skillset:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Critical sense of urgency
• Proficient in at least one programming language (ideally Python)
• Advanced knowledge of excel
• Capacity to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with many conflicting and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team player
• Experience within Power & Gus would be a positive, but not a necessity
• Fluent in English
