MET Turkey is active in Turkey since 2015 supplying Gas&Power to SME and Industrial customers. It’s main objective is to be a pioneer player in natural gas and power supply and trading in Turkey and to provide services to its customers by leveraging on the European energy expertise of the MET Group.

Job Description

Purpose of the role: Implementing and monitoring MET Turkey’s power operations. Fostering the standardization and consistency across MET Group processes and internal controls.

Essential responsibilities

• Conduct power portfolio transactions via Energy Management Decision Support System (SAYAX)
• Conducting necessary entries (bilateral agreement nominations, daily purchasing nominations) on EPIAS DAM Screen.
• Preparation of Gas & Power Invoices
• Debt collection tracking
• Managing post-sales processes, such as management of contract conditions & durations and collateral tracking
• Preparation of Gas&Power portfolio financial exposure reports.
• Preparation of power consumption tax declarations and tracking of payments
• Controlling and tracking power meters entries/exits on EPIAS DGPYS Screen.
• Controlling monthly EPIAS Gas&Power settlement process
• Tracking Takasbank Gas&Power collaterals
• Management and reporting of customer demand and complaints in customer support process
• Preparation of EMRA Gas & Power Reports

Qualifications

• Graduated from industrial Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics
• 3-5 years' experience in power operations
• Experience in Energy Management Decision Support System (SAYAX) for at least 1,5 years is a must
• Fluent in English
• Confident individual able to interact with senior employees
• Solid decision-making and time management
• Detail oriented and highly motivated
