Power Operations Engineer 3

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a power system engineer or similar type role. (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data querying, data analysis, coding, and automation. (Required)
• Experience within the electric utility industry highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Power Systems Studies Tool such as PSS/E, PowerWorld, DigSilent GmbH, GE EMS.
• Experience in Python, Matlab, VB/VBA, SAS, R, Tableau.
• Knowledge of and hands on experience with Machine Learning.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree: Electrical Engineering or related field (Required)
• Or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required.

Certification

• PE Professional Engineer. (Preferred)

Work Location

• Required to be onsite in Taylor twice per week! Otherwise, may be flexible to work remotely from Texas Residence the other days in the week.
